In order to create individual plans for each client, we first need to assess where you are starting from. We have developed a comprehensive assessment that begins by giving you accurate and usable measurements of heart health, endurance, posture, flexibility, balance, core stability and overall strength.

With those measurements recorded, we then move down to the cellular level. Using advanced analysis of Bioelectrical Impedance, we are able to measure important data including hydration levels, body-fat percentage and body cell mass. We then give you a pinpoint assessment of your metabolic health at the cellular level.
