At EFL, all of our services are personal. Here’s why. In the past decade, there has been a revolution in our understanding of the relationship between human fitness and health. Muscular strength is at last seen as only one of many contributing factors to overall physical wellbeing. Cardiac health, of course, is essential. But so too are Balance, Flexibility, Hydration and Nutrition. We have found that the key to helping people achieve and sustain the best possible health lies in openly admitting that no two people are the same. People come to fitness programs from widely differing circumstances with widely varying expectations. Any one-program-for-all offering therefore has little chance of broad success. We suspect that’s why so many first-time members of large-scale gyms and fitness clubs get disillusioned and disappointed. They often quit within months, sadly often blaming themselves. We vowed to be different.
Our staff, our clients. Individuals all. We are a diverse group. Partly by design and partly by experience, we have learned to celebrate and accommodate differences—both in ourselves and in others. As a result, everything we offer at EFL is personal.
Who are you? We want to know. Our clients are all of these. All different. We couldn’t classify even two of them as belonging to the same group. So when we undertake fitness training, massage therapy, nutritional counselling, and injury rehabilitation, we do so for one person at a time, inventing, testing, refining our interventions for each individual client. We’d like you to consider being one of them.
Our clients say it best. The results they want you to know about appear right on our home page. Listen to their individual successes, and think about your own goals. If anyone can help you on your journey, we can. |
