ORIGINAL MOTIVATION
I got to that age where I had to ask myself what kind of shape I wanted to be in for the rest of my life.

EFL EXPERIENCE
I live to hate these guys! They work me hard, but I feel so great when I’m done that it’s like a drug. Now I talk EFL up to whoever will listen.

PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT
I got over all my chronic back problems, got back to competitive golf, and am as fit as my daughter… and she’s a ballerina!

OVERALL IMPRESSION
As they say in small business, you have to pay yourself first. Being healthy and fit is the most important thing you can do.
